Club Wags will happily issue a full refund on any unused, unopened item, with original tags, within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. Returns without a receipt will be issued a store credit for the lowest sale price of that item.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: pet food, treats, bones, chew toys, beds, mats and other items that are not hygienically safe to accept as a return. Please note that most manufacturers will issue customers a full refund if they are not satisfied. Please contact the manufacturer for full details. As an alternative, Club Wags will happily donate any used or damaged items to a rescue group.
